Shipping method

Once your order has been placed, it must be validated by our order management department. This will take less than 48 hours. Once this stage is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, with a tracking number attached.

You can find out which shipping service you will be dealing with and the status of your order on our order tracking page.

As a reminder, the carriers who deliver your orders are external to the company, and we have no control over their delivery times or the quality of their work.

Return policy

From the date of receipt of your package, you have 10 days to notify us of a defect or 14 days to request a return or exchange for a new item. Certain circumstances must be met to allow a legitimate return, exchange or refund.

  • If you receive a damaged parcel or damaged goods, you have the right to withdraw your order by requesting an exchange for a similar or different item, or to request a refund by completing the form set out in our GTC in Appendix 2.
  • Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) to allow remarketing in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice. 3. to obtain a refund for your order.
  • A delivery by the carrier returned to our services in the event of absence at home or failure to collect at the relay point. This will result in the return of a new item or the refund of your order, according to your choice.

For all these conditions, we ask you to send us by contact@your-bucket-hat.com a proof in pictures as well as a text explaining your problem.

If one or more of these conditions are met, we will check the compliance of your request and apply the refund procedure to your order.

The refund will be made according to your original method of payment. The processing time may be 7 to 14 days and will be visible on your bank account.
